Our Majority Associations dancing on the tune of BSNL Management. Now employees have no faith on the BSNL Management dominated by ITS. New script proposed by BSNL Management that BSNL will earn 10000 crores per annum by leasing out properties. It seems that this dream has came in mind of BSNL Management during the intervening night of 31st Dec 2018 or 1st Jan 2019. Why Management not put this proposal from last 10 years when BSNL trapping in loss continously. This is tactics used by Associations and BSNL Management for diversion from main issue of 3rd PRC.

Parliament election is round the corner and may be declare any time soon .But all our so called Majority Associations and Unions failed to reach a comprise on different HR issues and 3rd PRC and become directionless . Leaders of these Associations either confuse or made BSNL employees confuse about what they actually wants from GOI and DOT in the present scenario . They are continuously opposing all government proposals for revival and 3rd PRC. TOA BSNL (BMS) has already submitted different proposals to DOT. Proposal no 1. Employees will Accept VRS & 58 if GOI agree for 3rd PRC with 15% fitness formula and other HR issues (22820 , Cadre Hierarchy upto GM level , OJTO case and E2&E3) along with restoration of all perks like LTC etc and revise HRA Proposal No 2. Accept VRS, if GOI agree for 3rd PRC with 15% fitness formula and other HR issues (22820 ,Cadre Hierarchy upto GM level , OJTO case and E2&E3) along with restoration of all perks like LTC etc with existing HRA. Proposal No 3. No VRS & 58 , if GOI agree for 3rd PRC with 15% fitness formula and other HR issues ( 22820 ,Cadre Hierarchy upto GM level , OJTO case and E2&E3) with existing HRA. We request all others Association and Unions come forward with certain concrete proposals for the benefits of employees

One by One almost all loss making CPSUs have got 3rd PRC and 7th pay revision. But our so called Majority Associations and unions in BSNL failed completely to reach an agreement with Management on 3rd PRC and other HR issues. After Intrim budget on 1st Feb , no further policy decisions possible.
